Release Blitz for "Hero" by Lauren Rowe

Hero, an all-new sexy and emotional standalone romance by Lauren Rowe is Available NOW!

A standalone contemporary romance in the MORGAN BROTHERS SERIES from USA Today Bestselling Author Lauren Rowe. The story of firefighter Colby Morgan that proves heroes come in many forms . .
The first time I laid eyes on Lydia Decker, I couldn’t speak. Or breathe. Or string two coherent thoughts together.
And I don’t mean any of that figuratively.
I’m not talking about a guy being floored by the sight of a gorgeous woman—although, of course, Lydia is gorgeous beyond words.
No, when I first laid eyes on Lydia Decker—my physical therapist—I was lying flat on my back in the ICU, high as a kite on painkillers, breathing on a ventilator, my bones as broken and splintered as my spirit.
When I first laid eyes on Lydia Decker, she was a ray of light in the dark. Hope for the hopeless. A salve for my singed and battered soul.
She said she’d been assigned to fix me. That she was there to bring me back to life. She said helping me was her calling.
And then she touched me. Physically, emotionally, spiritually. She healed me.
And I fell in love.
But what I didn’t know . . . what I couldn’t possibly know . . . was that Lydia Decker needed fixing far more than I ever did.

 ~Review~
So, I will go on the record to say that this is the first book by Lauren Rowe that I have read and I was literally kicking myself to know that I wasn’t introduced to her writing earlier. I freaking loved the Morgan family, I wanted to be a part of their family man. The banter that they had between them was so much fun and the closeness that the siblings shared was awesome. I am just happy that I got the chance to be introduced to them through Colby’s story. Man oh man Colby and Lydia’s story was packed full of everything. It had some very emotional, life changing moments, sexy moments and of course humor.

“You’re going to be this poor man’s godsend. And if I were a betting woman, I’d say he’s going to be yours, too”

If the quote above wasn’t true, Lydia wasn’t expecting Colby at all and he wasn’t expecting her. The best part of this book is watching Lydia open up after the tragedy that she faced in the past and to see her let Colby in was so beautiful to see. I loved Colby because was every bit the alpha male and protector when he came to not only his job but the ones he loved and cared about. Then we have the sex scenes, which were some of the hottest around. Now I have to jump right in and read Ball Peen Hammer and Captain.
