Pam Godwin has out done herself again guys!! This woman keep releasing hit after hit after hit and I know this isn’t the end of it. I fell in love with this woman’s writing ever since I read “Beneath the Burn,” actually to be honest with you she was the author who introduced me to dark romance and I never looked back. When she writes these books that have so much dark in them you as a reader have no other choice but to see the light in her words shine through. She makes her characters go through these obstacles and turmoil but in the end you know they will survive and that was the case with Lucia and Tate’s story.

“You’re resilient and brave. I respect you. You’re not alone. I’m here for you.”

Ok, so all the fans/readers if Pam Godwin knows that this is not going to be your cookie cutter romance book. It’s dark, it uncut and your heart will rip wide open. You might get a few laughs here or there but at the end of the story Pam will put all the little pieces back together again. Trust me when I say this was how I felt after I was done with this book. The suspense, the suspense, the suspense, it will keep you on the edge of your seat the entire time you are reading. I swear, I had to read while sitting up because it was just too darn intense. You guys are going to love and enjoy Tate and Lucia’s story until the very end.
