Ok,
so I have a confession to make, “Duke of Manhattan” was the first book that I
have read that was written by Louise Bay. Yeah, yeah I know what you’re saying,
where have I been. So let me tell you, I have been here and I am so happy that
I got a chance to read her writing because right now all I want to do is go
back and read all of other books. This woman can write her butt of and I must
say she creates characters that to can’t help but to fall in love with.
Ryder
wasn’t an arrogant person, even though he knows the position that holds and
that’s one of the things that I love about him. He knows he has this power but
he doesn’t hold it over peoples head. Then we Scarlett, she needed to meet
Ryder because to me that one night kind of made her come out of her shell a
little, even though she couldn’t help but to be a little guarded. The thing is
one “business” proposal that seems to work for both Ryder and Scarlett have
them falling for each other. Louise Bay captured this story so perfectly, what
wasn’t supposed to turn into love did and I just love the chemistry between
Ryder and Scarlett it was explosive. I cannot wait to find out if and when
Violet will be getting her book because I know it is going to be a sexy, funny
read.
