Karr as held me captive ever since I read “Connected” which was three years ago
and I never looked back. So, with that being said I am going to say this, she
has always been one of those authors that you cannot help but to fall in love
with her wiring and her words just draws you right in. I knew I was going to
fall in love with the characters Keen and Maggie. If you have read “No Pants
Required” you’ve gotten a short glimpse of who Maggie was and that you will
have no choice but to fall in love with her. She was funny, witty, all attitude
and she gave Keen a run for his money. Then we have Keen, sexy, smart and with a
very naughty and dirty mouth, just how I like my make characters. You put the
two of these individuals together and you’re bound to have one explosive and
funny story. Not only was it explosive and funny, but we get to see two
individuals who have a trust issue with opposite try to make a relationship
work, one that they both wasn’t ready for but they could stop the deep rooted
feelings that they have for each other. To me, is was more than a physical attraction,
I mean it started out that way but it blossomed into to something so much more
than that and it was beautiful how Kim made it all come together in the end. I
cannot wait to see if Keen’s brother, Brooklyn, gets his own book.
