This
woman, this woman, this woman, she never seem to amaze me at all. Just when I
thought that the last book she wrote was the best book she has ever written she
goes ahead and surprises me with her talents and give me another book that I
have fallen deeply in love with, I seriously enjoyed and loved Devin and Calla’s
story. This book has everything that I love about a well written love story, it
had a sexy as hell alpha male, a female lead that I love so much because I get
to see her character developed, hot as hell sex scenes and so much suspense
that you will not put the book down. You know Calla lived a life where she hid
from everyone, she never made friends but once Devin moved in next door to her
in her apartment building she couldn’t help but notice him. I loved the fact
that she had aunts who had her backs, I loved Bernice, she was able to show
Calla that she could open up her heart and herself and allow herself to have
some friends. To watch the change in Calla was my favorite part of this book,
then we have Devin can we say hot. Nothing like a fantastic alpha male in a
book and CP knows how to write them man, and the sex scenes where so darn hot.
Then we have the suspense, when I say suspense I mean edge of your seat
suspense ones that will keep you glued to the book. I cannot wait to read the
next book in the series, I cannot wait to see what Cp does with Bo and Sienna’s
story.
