~Review~
First
I have a confession to make; “Filthy English” is the first book that I am
review for Ilsa Madden-Mills. Yeah, yeah I know what the hell is wrong with me,
but I must say that I have read “Dirty English” and I was waiting for the day
when Dax was going to get his own book. Boy was I happier than a kind in a
candy store when I found that it was actually going to happen and that I would
have the opportunity to get to read it before the rest of the world. I was
beyond excited and I couldn’t wait. Ilsa did not disappoint folks, she gave a
little bit something to make rip our hearts, and then she added in a little bit
of naughty sex play and topped it off with some funny humor. I mean, if you’ve
read her other books you know that you will get some comedy mixed right in
there, I absolutely loved Remi and Dax’s story. The funny thing is these two
keep thinking that they are not right for each, that they cannot come back from
past that caused so much pain. The thing was they were both wrong, Dax was
wrong in thinking that he couldn’t love or give Remi the love that she deserve
because of a lost that tore his heart in two. Remi knew deep down that she
couldn’t love another the way that she loved Dax and I think that once Dax was
able to confront his love for her it was all over then. Filthy English was
beautiful love story that made me simile in the end, nothing like a well
deserve HEA to put a smile on my face.
