Eliza Smith has never been the one to seek a relationship. My head swam as Gage bent down on his knees, pulled me to the edge of the bed, and kissed up my leg, his lips then touching the center of my thigh. He was so close to my entrance that I bucked against him, but he shook his head through the darkness. “Don’t move. Let me,” he growled, placing my feet on his shoulders.I couldn’t fight it. I lost a bit of the tension and placed the back of my head against the bed, my legs hoisted up by his large shoulders. He started from the bottom of my thigh and kissed his way up. His fingers were hooked on my waist, his head moving up gradually. I was panting, anticipating, wanting to move wildly, and he wasn’t even there yet.He groaned as his tongue slipped over one thigh before moving to the other. I moaned, squeezing his hand. He was teasing me. I could feel him laughing silently every time I shuddered. His hot tongue slid between my legs and then he pushed them apart completely, leaving me wide open.“Get ready for me,” he murmured, his warm breath running across my core. “Eliza,” he whispered so faintly I thought I was imagining it. “I don’t want you to lie to me again after tonight.” He kissed the top of my knee, but I frowned, confused. “Don’t tell me we’re ‘just friends’ again. I’m about to show you we aren’t anymore. I don’t wanna be. I want more of you…”And then, before I could even speak, his tongue leisurely slid across my clit and I gasped. The heat consumed me, warmed me, and he groaned deeply as he sucked and licked. “Taste so good, Sweet Ellie,” he murmured, his mouth still glued between my legs.

Eliza Smith just wanted to be the girl who never gets notice, but that is cut short because her father is since high school. Things start to change for Eliza when Gage caught eye of her one day when the band came over to her father’s house to practice one night before starting their summer tour. She tries her best to not take notice for the intensity of the physical attraction that they shared, but what can a person do when those attractive goes deeper than they realize, and boy it’s deep between Eliza & Gage. She ends up going on tour with them & ends up having a relationship with Gage, can people really be “friends with benefits”, because guess what, just like the movie with Justin & Mila your feelings always gets involved in the end. The sparks start to fly between them, & let me tell they do, like Fourth of July fireworks. I swore when I was reading the sex scenes & was having hit flashes & I am not in menopause. I instinctively had to put Gage down on my fictional boyfriend list. Both Gage & Eliza have had a troubled past, which would caused for her trying to hide her feelings & him trying to block his feelings also, they weren’t the only ones who have had secrets. Deed his band mate was hiding something, & I have a very sneaky feeling about his other band mate Roy, but we just have to wait for the release of the second and third book to find out. The only band mate that seems like he had it together was Montana; he was funny, laid back & very down to earth. I thought for a fact that I was free from crying while reading this book but my thoughts were cut short towards the end of the book. OMG that scene was so heart breaking that I read it the whole entire time with my hand to my mouth. In end will Eliza be able to do what she needs to in order to keep her & Gage happy once she have found out “Who He Is” & try to help & mend a broken situation? Guys let me tell you, I’ve read ALL of Shania’s books she does such a phenomenal job of painting such a vivid picture of so many different emotions that you have no other choice but to express those yourself. Excellent book another five star review for this lady can’t wait for the other books to come out.
