Review for Emerge by SE Hall

Wow is all I can say about S.E. Hall’s book Emerge. The storyline brought forth so many emotions it was unimaginable. We take a look into Laney Walkers life & get to see what happens when she finally have to “emerge” into the young woman that she is today. She is forced to become independent after going to college & leaving the comforts of her home behind. What will happen after the one of the few people she trusts betrays her? She tries her best to salvage her friendship with Evan but once she meets Dane she’s confused as to what she is feeling. I cried for the most part & I laughed. Let me talk a little about the main characters. First you Laney, she grew up being the typically tom boy who plays softball, she doesn’t even realize how beautiful she is because looks never fazes her. Then we have the sexy football star Evan, he’s the all American guy, great friend who is extremely in love with Laney. And then we have Dane, he just oozes sex appeal right of the back; he has some skeleton in his closet that will come out. You just have go out get & get this in order to find out what those skeletons are, and also find out if Laney will choose to stay with her first love Evan or her new love Dane, after I was done with reading this book I literally felt a piece of my heart broke off. Another five star review folks, this book is everything I thought it would be.
